How is the Program Implemented?

N-PowerHER Forward is a turn-key 8-week program implemented in three different ways:

1. As a two-day workshop:

We provide the trainer and all materials to implement the program at your organization

2. Train the Trainer:

We train your staff to implement a program for your remote or onsite location

3. Online

We facilitate the program several times during the year. Your staff enrolls online and your staff attends weekly sessions implemented by our coaches

​How Is the Program Structured?

N-PowerHER Forward is structured into two modules. Each module focuses on 4 different personal and professional development topics.

Module 1: Personal Development Focused

Module 1 includes weeks 1-4. Weeks 1-4 focuses on providing women with relevant personal development activities, discussions, and insights to build resilience, confidence, healthy lifestyle behaviors, and discover core values that can be leveraged as career assets.

Week 1 Topic: Resiliently U​

During this week, women will learn the importance of resilience and how to leverage set-backs, barriers, and fears to grow their internal strength needed to make advancements in their personal and professional life.

Week 2 Topic: Confidently U

During this week, women will identify social, individual, and cultural barriers that prevent them from developing confidence and will discover action-steps to overcome these barriers.

Week 3 Topic: Healthy Balanced U

During this week, women will learn how to leverage their health as their best career asset by learning how to eat healthier, exercise more, stress less, and sleep better.

Week 4 Topic: Define Your Who, Excel Your What

During this week, women will learn how to separate their "who" from their"what" by identifying unique qualities, traits, and values to who they are and not what they do.

Module 2 Professional Development Focused

Module 2 includes weeks 5-8. Weeks 5-8 focus is on providing women with relevant professional development activities, discussions, and insights to help women overcome barriers to networking, self-promotion, assertive communication, and busyness. ​

Week 5 Topic: NetworkHER​

During this week, women will learn how to debunk networking myths, discuss why networking is a good tool for building a mutually beneficial relationship and learn how to strategically network.

Week 6 Topic: Brand Me

During this week, women will learn how to discover their unique personal value proposition, identify what they bring to the workplace, and learn action-steps to overcome the fears of self-promotion and self-branding.

Week 7 Topic: Command Your Space with Assertive Communication

During this week, women will learn how to use assertive versus passive communication to build authority, establish expertise, communicate clearly, and take their position as a leader.

Week 8 Topic: From Busy to Productive

During this week, women will learn the skills needed for time management, how to differentiate busyness from productivity, and action-steps to overcome being busy.
